    • General Terms:
    • Your valid credit/debit card details were requested to guarantee your reservation but no charge will be made prior to your arrival at the hotel unless it is for a Special Offer, Advance Purchase or Special Rate.
    • Your card must be valid for the time of your stay and will be pre-authorised 2-3 days before your arrival. In the event that your card proves to be invalid or is declined, BEST WESTERN Stuart Hotel will normally contact you to seek alternative card details. In the event that we are unable to contact you for any reason, BEST WESTERN Stuart Hotel reserves the right to release the room if the card guarantee is not valid. However, you may pay at the hotel by other means if you prefer.
    • If the guest is anybody other than the cardholder, please note that this guarantee is only valid if a copy of both sides of the card together with written authorisation to use the card as a guarantee is faxed to the hotel by the cardholder, alternatively, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation.
    • Should you need to cancel or amend your reservation you can do so without penalty if the hotel is notified prior to 2pm the day prior to arrival by email or fax. A cancellation later than 2 pm 24 hours prior to arrival or a no show will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

    • The total cost of the reservation will be charged in full upon booking and there will be a no-refund policy on these bookings made in case of cancellation or modification.
