Donington Race Circuit
Visit Donington Race Circuit, hosts to Grand Prix, Motor Car and Bike Racing. See the classic race car collection of single seater racing cars and memorabilia. The Jim Russell Racing Drivers School is located at Donington, special trial lessons can be booked-YES you can drive a Vauxhall Lotus Single Seater Racing Car. Longer Courses can also be arranged.

Bass Brewery Museum
Combine a tour of the brewery (with sampling of course!) with a visit to the museum available during the daytime. Or if the evenings only are available, a brewery tour by special appointment can be made. There is also a visitors centre with Shire Horse stable, an experimental brewery, the brewing gallery, and then rest a while in the beer garden.

Royal Crown Derby
A tour of the factory where the world famous china, tableware and giftware is created. An experienced guide will show you how it is made and sculptured and see the men and women at their work. There is also a factory museum and gift shop.

Leisure Parks
Derby is an ideal location for visiting major theme Alton Towers, with discount tickets and group discounts available. Sherwood Forest Visitors Centre has many activities and an amusement park along with all the Robin Hood connections. At the nearby Swadlincote Ski Centre you can brush up on your ski technique or learn from scratch, and then enjoy the Aprés Ski on offer.
