The Bar opens at 12 noon and lunch is served from 12.30pm - 3:30pm

Smoked mackerel and gooseberry tartlet (g)

Roast beef, Yorkshire pudding and red wine jus

Ovenbaked fillet of cod, pesto and cheddar crust

Roast chicken breast, stuffed with spinach, wrapped in smoked bacon,
Stilton and cream sauce

Aubergine and goats cheese tower, spiced bean casoulet (v, g)

Served with winter vegetables and new and roast potatoes

DESSERT

Brandy snap basket with lemon syllabub

Apple and winter fruit crumble, hot vanilla crème Anglais
